A Peek Inside My Closet...

So here's a sneak peek of my wardrobe. Pretty big (a girl can never have too many...everything!) but other blog's have done this post and their wardrobe's make me go green with envy! There's no particular organisation to my wardrobe but I have tops and cardigans etc. in one closet, trousers in another, shorts and leggings etc. below my tops, shoes and boots in a different closet! Spread out but I'm not a one for rumbling through my closet, searching for everything! My ideal wardrobe would be a walk-in one...isn't every girl's though?!!

Tops, skirts, dresses, jackets, jumpers and cardigans
16 pairs of trousers/jeans!
Shorts, jogging bottoms, leggings, hats, scarfs and bikini's!
All my shoes, most of them anyway!
Winter and Autumn boots and shoes.
A pretty random post but hope you guys enjoyed it!

First New York, Then London and Now Milan!

I'm only into 'high-fashion' to a certain extent, like most people I guess. The key is to just look for easy separates (just buy the top and maybe not the shorts and shoes if it looks too 'high fashion') that would go amazingly great with other pieces in your wardrobe. For example, the brown leather top below by Prada I would pair with a white mini skirt and 60's boots. Sometimes people look at runway fashion and think 'who would wear that, seriously?!'. yes we've all said it at some point but just remember to look for stylish and easy separates. How's everyone's weekend so far?!! Bye guys!

    Watch the Runway Videos Here!

Next Year (S/S 2012) is all about neon but paired with pastel shades and monochrome. This colour palette is great for those colour-shy people out there! Just try a juicy citrus tank-top with black leather shorts. Or even try floral bloom palazzo's teamed with a black blouse - anyway, get inspiration from the designers you love...

    Just A Quick Note!

Don't you just hate getting wet in the rain?! I did, left school early to go to the orthodontist (it was sunny and blue skies then) and suddenly...yes, you get it. So I hid under a tree for a few mins then quickly hurried home. Then my Mum thought my brace appointment was at 2:30 when it was 2:00 so then we were late and well I think you can guess how my day went - oh and not to mention that I'm naturally a frizzy and so after torrential rain and wind, my hair weren't a pretty sight! So in future I'll take my phone, coat and umbrella! But I think a hooded coat is maybe more important (no need for an umbrella then!) than the rest so I decided to look at some of the best coats around and here they are...

    LEVI ' S, £110

    ASOS, £85

    Yay! I Was Right!

Earlier in August I posted some photo's of me in monochrome (click here if you haven't seen it!). I don't mean to sound toooooo big headed but...I WAS RIGHT! Yipeeee! I predicted that come mid-season A/W monochrome will be back on the fashion radar. Just casually flicking though People.com, only to come across their page (which is no longer up, that or I can't find it anymore!) on 'celebrities in black and white', and of course I had to click on it and I found loads of pictures of celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez wearing monochrome - I predicted it before they set it! So here's the pictures I came across...

Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Emmy Rossum.
Diane Kruger, Fearne Cotton, Kate Walsh.
Lea Michele and two looks from Kourtney Kardashian.
    Taylor Swift, Madonna, Rihanna
Kristen Stewart, Jessica Szohr, Jaime King.

    Fashion's Night Out!

Whether you're in Dallas or NYC, celebrate all things fabulous on the evening of September 8th for Fashion's Night Out! Every blog, website, newspaper, magazine is talking about this right now - fashion week is hereeeeeee! From New York to Atlanta to Boston to Chicago to Dallas to L.A (last one, I promise!) to San Francisco. Here's what's happening where....

New YorkParty it up with the Kardashians at their shop Dash while listening to the DJ skills of Pauly D, say hi to Tommy Hilfiger and Karolina Kurkova over at Macy's, or hang out with the Victoria's Secret angels over at the retailer's Soho location. Want to get spiffed up for Fashion Week? Head over to DKNY, where the men's floor will be turned into a speak-easy barber shop complete with free shaves and haircuts! Get the rest of the scoop at The Cut.

AtlantaCelebrate Atlanta's second FNO with model Tyson Beckford during a Night to Remember. The event will honor those who paved the way for African Americans in the fashion industry, in particular Bethann Hardison and designer Will Smith (not the actor!). Pick up tickets at A Night to Remember Fashion.

BostonFamed shopping spot Newbury Street will be closed to traffic for the first time in 15 years for Boston's first official FNO. Get your boogie on over at the Studio 57 disco at Tiffany's and enjoy the launch of the iconic jeweler's new Era collection, or sing a tune over at Neiman Marcus' karaoke party. Get the details over at CBS Boston.

Chicago: If you're in the windy city on September 8th, stop by Top Shop's new Chicago location and enjoy a hair and beauty makeover on the house. Rub elbows with celebrity shoe designer Brian Atwood over at Saks Fifth Avenue Chicago for the reveal of his new 10022-SHOE, or hang out with Material Girl's new spokes model Kelly Osbourne at Macy's on State Street. For more information, check out Chicago Now's Hot List.

Dallas: If you're in Texas for FNO, head to Galleria Dallas for North America's Longest Fashion Runway. Walk on the quarter-mile runway, before hanging out in the complementary champagne lounge. Dog lovers can head to Vince for a soiree hosted by the author of Top Dogs and Their Pets, David Woo, or put on your red-soled heels and party at the just-opened Christian Louboutin store at Highland Park Village. Check out Dallas News for more info.

Los Angeles Get an aerial view of the 90210 from a ferris wheel at the Rodeo Drive carnival, or hang out with Justin Timberlake at a meet-and-greet at Santa Monica Place. Attendees at the carnival will receive mini massages, hand treatments and manicures through Gilt City. Get the rest of the details on the Huff Post Los Angeles.

San Francisco Sip on free champagne over at Marc Jacobs and pick up a free carnival-themed tote while you're at it. Then head over to Macy's in Union Square, where the Real Housewives of NYC's Sonja Morgan will be giving a toaster-oven demo. Get more info at Refinery 29.

If I had £200 To Spend On Asos.com I'd Buy...

Okay, so there's not many garments but there all very expensive. The colours and materials are perfect for Autumn so I'd love to invest in all of these but  I need £200! My favourite garment out of my selection is that stunning Aran Jumper - I''d wear it with a 60's flippy mini skirt and lace-up biker boots for a grunge and chic twist. One last thing, I love wearing bright (summer-coloured) coats as they make me feel happy and bright whereas a dull grey coat in the rain makes your mood grey like the weather!  Anyway, here's my pickieees...

    Sheer Silk Shirt, £75

    Aran jumper, £35

    Red Trench Coat, £60

Skinny Cargo Pants, £20 (sale price)

Hmmmm...and with £10 left - perfect! Thanks for reading!
