Rosé With A View, Switzerland

Ah, the last of the Swiss photo diaries. On our last day we caught the train up to Riffelalp, another hamlet sitting above Zermatt, and hiked our way down through an abundance of butterflies. But first, a quick pit-stop at Restaurant Alphitta for a chance to take in the blissful views one last time.

We happily devoured tarts, gelato and a few too many glasses of rosé.

Drinking in the welcome sunshine and pretty views from every angle.

After a while, we realised it was probably time to unglue ourselves from the seats and begin or descent. We stumbled through a million of flittering butterflies, who often enjoyed a little breather on our shoulders or hands...

*Needs to work on hand modelling*

Once again, time caught up with us and we were glamming up for dinner.

I'm wearing: Top, shoes, necklaces and skirt - Topshop, watch - Michael Kors, bag - Warehouse

And there you have it! The next day we caught two trains and a plane home while a few tears ran down our faces at leaving our favourite place behind.

Zermatt truly is an incredible place. I think a lot of people must imagine it quiet and unattached from the rest of the world, and filled with snow, cheese and chocolate. Perhaps this makes up 20% of the town, but it truly is a lively, trendy and adventurous place filled with so many amazing people, food, activities, luxury hotels/ apartments and opportunities. It's somewhere I am definitely so grateful to call my second home.

Thanks for reading all of my Swiss posts! I'm off to Paris next week so expect some more travelling adventures to air soon!
