What's On My Face #15:

BLOGMAS: DAY 15

Okay, okay, so not your typical look for this time of year - it's rather 'spring-like' I agree. However, I'm always one to favour a natural look - whatever the season. So here we are; a dewy base, pink lippy and fluttery lashes...

To begin with the base, I mixed my Clarins Instant Light Perfector with Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, which leaves my skin with a beautifully dewy, natural finish that looks incredible for this time of year. For extra coverage, I lightly dabbed Bourjois CC Cream under the eyes. This is SO hydrating - great for fine lines and noticeable wrinkles! Finishing the base, I dusted Rimmel Stay Matte Powder over the t-zone.

My fuzzy brows need a good ol' pluck. I cannot seem to fathom any effort or energy into whipping out the tweezers. Therefore, in an 'attempt' to cover any stray hairs, I decided to opt for a bold brow look. I drew in light hair strokes with Soap & Glory Archery Pencil and brushed through, finishing with Bobbi Brown Brow Gel.

As I've been super pale lately (who am I kidding? I'm always pale, ha!), I dusted Benefit Hoola Bronzer on the temples, forehead and cheekbones, finishing down the neck. This product is so creamy, and although it has such high pigmentation, it blends seamlessly for a flawless finish. The Bourjois Blusher in Rose D'or is equally a babe of a product.

Nothing but mascara for the eyes - and for that, I headed straight for Clinique Extreme Impact Mascara. I only applied a light coat as I wanted to keep the makeup as natural as possible

Similarly, only one product for the lips too. I quick dab of MAC Plumful Lipstick and I was good to go!

Do you like wearing natural or high-coverage makeup?
